Well-functioning teams bring out the best in their members. They promote synergies, make common visions possible and work is simply more fun.
Poorly functioning teams on the other hand stifle creativity and suppress the potential of their members through dysfunctional patterns.
A fruitful cooperation is actually the natural mode that arises when people meet. Frequently, it does not occur simply because personal obstacles arise: self-esteem-issues, projections and inauthentic interactions are the most common barriers. If they are removed, deep trust in the team usually develops naturally, which is a fertile ground for cooperation. Once a team has decided to face its inner obstacles seriously, the hardest part is already done.
Many years of experience in the areas of personality development and teamwork enable our facilitators to quickly and effectively steer towards obstacles and help the team to overcome them together.
