With this free offer, we help teams to meet on a personal level, despite having to work from remote locations.
The last year has posed great challenges to us all. For many teams, the last few months have been particularly difficult, because they had to work from home. While most work-related processes still work very well because there are technical solutions for them, one thing is missing: personal contact.
The reason for this is that it's often not formalized. In the office, we meet spontaneously near the coffeemaker or in the hallway. We chitchat and ask about each others' personal lives, not realizing that we are taking care of a very important human need: the need for social contact. Only when we have to go without these informal situations, do we realize how important they were; how our colleagues now feel distant and we ourselves isolated. Not only is this a very difficult situation for us personally, it also leads to problems in communication and in collaboration, and it has a strong negative influence on our motivation. So much so that we might even be asking ourselves: "Why am I doing this every day?"
With our Team Reconnect initiative we want to help your team creating situations in which you can find each other on a personal basis again. You will meet once a week for three times and two of our coaches will be with you to facilitate. We will show you how you can have social meetings that are just as effective as your business meetings – even though they take place online. Our goal is that after three sessions, you will want to keep meetings like this on a regular basis. Maybe even after everybody is back at the office.
